Not far from the airport and the staff were friendly and went the extra mile, and the rooms were spacious. However, it fell below basic standards: no hand‑washing soap in the bathroom, a leaking bidet that left the floor perpetually wet, and a premium suite with two rooms only had one teaspoon for two tea cups. These simple oversights should not happen, and management needs to focus more on detail.

The hotel was a solid choice, with a clean and well-maintained property. The rooms were small but spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the noise from the nearby highway, which was pretty loud even with the windows closed. Still, it was a decent place to rest my head for the night, and the price was reasonable.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the mixed bag that was my stay at this hotel. On the one hand, the staff were friendly and polite, but it was clear they were struggling to keep up with the workload - and it showed in the state of the rooms. Our unit wasn't even cleaned or prepared for arrival, with the toilet still flushed from the previous guest and a musty, damp smell hanging in the air.
