Broken toilets, a broken ice machine, a ghetto lobby, staff and elevators barely working, a broken TV in one room that forced me to move to the next room—everything was bad here.

The staff was very friendly, but I had to go downstairs to the front desk to change my room because it looked used; the towels were on the floor. The new room had bugs, so I didn’t shower or sleep under the covers, scared of being bitten.
