The accommodation is good, but I didn't like the location much—there was a lot of noise and many people around, with loud sound all night. If the hotel were a bit farther away, it would be a 10.

The staff were attentive and helpful, the location was prime, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The only missing item was a hair dryer in the bathroom, but the shower was very good. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant’s meal menus were excellent. The hotel should do more maintenance on the building.

Mr. André at the restaurant was polite, helpful, and attentive. The shower in the bathroom is very good and breakfast is very good. I had issues with the pillowcases when we arrived—they hadn’t been changed. I had to complain three times to get clean pillowcases. The reception team was very weak. When we entered the room, we found the bathroom sink was clogged and the room TV didn't work on open‑channel TV.
