Hilton London Hyde Park

The room was fantastic, with very comfy beds and the staff were attentive. The breakfast was decent enough, and I suggest booking a room with a view – it’s lovely to wake up and see Hyde Park. The location near the subway was a huge bonus for us. The only downside was the hairdryer outlet; it was placed too low, and because the hairdryer had a coiled cord, the plug kept pulling out of the socket.

The staff were incredibly skilled and helpful. Everything was nice, except I found some dirty items under the bed – sorry to say it, but there were condoms – and there was also a used razor in the bathroom. The breakfast could offer more options because £25 per person is a lot for what’s provided. Overall, I really loved the staff, the service, and the location. Thank you all.

The location is perfect, right in front of Hyde Park, with two tube stations – Queensway and Bayswater – right next to the hotel, plus plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. The soundproofing is really bad; you can hear everything next door, especially when people talk. I would also recommend adding more variety to the breakfast.

“One of the Biggest mistake of my life”

The only good thing was the location. Everything else was terrible: the room was too small, the staff were rude, and they overcharged me on everything from the booking to the final bill, and when I asked, the only response was “sorry, it’s my staff’s mistake.”
