Everything was great—from the room and food to the staff and location.
“Pathetic”
The room, breakfast, and everything else were pathetic. It was cold, and basic amenities like hot water were important—yet they charge for hot water. There was no heater or double quilts to keep warm.
The staff are very good and familiar, and the location is awesome.
The location is very good, the staff are excellent, and the owner himself stays on site, treating every guest like family. The rooms are hygienic, the food is good, and all attractions are nearby. I strongly recommend staying at this resort whenever you visit Mukteshwar; the price is very reasonable. Thanks a lot to the Mukteshwar Treat Resort team.
“If it’s cheap on price anyone can give it a try.”
Only two staff members handled everything, and both were well‑mannered. One of them even arranged authentic pahadi chicken for us, which was delicious. The property was still under construction, had no lift, and felt somewhat empty when we checked in. Food was average (2 out of 5). We had to call the staff repeatedly to get breakfast. I wasn’t sure about this place when I booked, but a guy named Sam—who claimed to be the owner—spoke for 20–25 minutes, hyping it up. Nothing matched his hype, and other hotels seemed more lively.
