“would definitely return, staff were very welcoming and friendly hotel nice and clean.”
The hotel looked nice from the outside, inside was clean and tidy, lovely bar area with seating overlooking the sea. Our room was suitable for what we wanted, not overly spacious but good enough for a couple's nights away. The room was clean and tidy. We came for our anniversary and had a lovely stay.

The room was comfy enough, and the public toilet on the first floor was state‑of‑the‑art. It’s a bit out of the way, but a tram stop is just over the road. You had to take toilet rolls up to the room from reception, because there were none in the room; one teabag jar hadn’t been refilled, and the soap containers in the shower were empty. The bar closes at 11 pm. All of these issues could be fixed with proper room checks before guests arrive. It’s not suitable for people with mobility issues.
