All the photos in the app are fake; the real place looks nothing like that. The property feels old.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from the very beginning. Upon arrival, the manager claimed that our reservation wasn't confirmed due to a payment issue, despite our payment being clearly visible. The owner's attitude was appalling, and we were essentially told that we could leave if we wanted to. Unfortunately, the rooms were in a deplorable state, with dirty conditions and a poorly maintained washroom.
