I was initially impressed with the hotel's location, which is indeed lovely. However, my stay was marred by a few issues. Despite paying for a family room with a kitchenette, I was given a regular room instead. When I requested a refund for the difference, my request was denied. Furthermore, I was not informed that meals were included in my booking, which was misleading. To make matters worse, the actual room I was given was different from the one shown in the hotel's photos.

Having a parking space was a huge relief for us in Truskavets, adding a solid boost to our peace of mind. Laundry service was available, and the full‑board meals were home‑cooked, tasty, fresh, with generous portions. When we asked, they prepared a separate dish for our child who avoids dairy and fish. Overall the place felt quiet and cozy, perfect for a relaxed break, and we’re grateful to the staff for the warm atmosphere.
