The room is very spacious, and both the air‑con and shower are in great shape, which is key to the comfort level of the hotel stay. The location is not ideal because there is no café nearby.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious. Some rooms have no windows, and the “indoor” windows don’t let fresh air in.

The front desk service is very good and the robot is cute. Even though smoking is banned, there are still faint smells of smoke (it feels unavoidable because there are a lot of smokers in the area).

I stayed in the Moslim wijk, right next to a nice bakery on the way to the metro which is just a 10‑minute walk away. We didn’t try breakfast, but it was included even though the site didn’t say so. Free water bottles are available in the laundry area and you can do your own washing there. The hotel is good and I would definitely sleep here again if I return to Hangzhou. The heating in our room didn’t work, even though the front desk noted it at check‑in; during the day it was fine, but in the morning the room was quite cold. We didn’t ask for more explanation. The bed was very hard, which is pretty normal in China.
