Great location, close to everything so no car needed, the staff were very helpful and communicated well, especially Mr. Yazeed, but the building is very old, has no elevator, and a family room feels like a wardrobe.

Everything was beautiful and clean, and I liked everything—everything was clean, beautiful, and close.
“هذه الصور الحقيقة من داخل الغرفة”
I didn’t like anything. The photos on Booking didn’t match reality; when I arrived the hotel was in a very bad spot, the area was extremely crowded, there was no dedicated parking for the hotel, and the room layout was terrible. I didn’t even complete check‑in and cancelled the booking immediately because I didn’t trust the photos shown on Booking.
“Delusa da una notte da incubo”
The second night we were placed in a decent triple room with adjustable air‑conditioning and a working bathroom, and the breakfast was great while the tour with Ibraim was fantastic. The first night was a nightmare: we arrived at three in the morning, the receptionist didn’t speak English and seemed unaware of the messages exchanged with staff via booking and WhatsApp, so he tried to give us a room next to the desk—a spot I had specifically avoided because reviews called it dark and noisy. Instead he moved us to two rooms on higher floors; my room had unclean sheets, a toilet that wouldn’t flush and an indecent toilet seat, and the air‑conditioner was set remotely, leaving me freezing all night. I couldn’t sleep or use the bathroom after a long, tiring journey. My grandchildren’s room also had a broken air‑conditioner and an indecent toilet. I had expected a free night for that disaster, but that didn’t happen, and we ended up spending the last five nights of our Amman vacation in another hotel that was a bit cheaper, offered a view of the Roman theatre, a fridge in the room, a hair‑dryer, an elevator and generally better facilities.
The staff were friendly and the location was right in the city centre, but there was no elevator so getting up to the 4th floor with four large suitcases was tough, the Wi‑Fi signal from the 4th floor was weak, the place wasn’t very clean, and there was no airport shuttle.
