The hotel itself was clean and cozy, but the young lady who claimed to be the manager was cold and unwelcoming, showing no compassion. I paid 300 for the night and was only 20 minutes from a funeral, so I wanted to drop my bag and get a key because the reception closed at 5; she tried to charge me 50 to collect my key an hour early. The room was ready, yet she insisted I return before 5, which wasn’t possible, and she was just very rude on a day I was already struggling and didn’t care at all.
