The spot is solid in the middle, close to both metro and train stations for getting anywhere, the lobby is comfy with drinks and snacks, we grabbed a large room that even has a washing machine—there’s laundry detergent in the room, a kitchen and fridge, everything clean and tidy, and when the rain comes down sweet and cold, three supermarkets are right next door so you can cook in the room. The price‑to‑value ratio is great. The area itself feels a bit dull; even though there are great restaurants nearby, you’re forced to travel, which I guess is normal in Tokyo because it’s huge. The hotel is a 2‑minute walk to the station and you’re forced to deal with trains. The smoking area is in a very large room but only fits two people, and people literally line up to smoke.
