“Terrible, room not clean”
The room had hair in it, which was the only downside.

Marc is amazing—always goes beyond what we expect—and the breakfast servers are fantastic too!

The room and suite were comfortable, the fitness room was nice, and the pool was there though the water felt cold; breakfast was tasty with a waffle bar and a decent selection, and the coffee station was available all day. However, the room smelled a bit musty when I arrived, but my bottle of Fabreze fixed that.

The staff were excellent, super friendly and welcoming; breakfast offered a lot of variety and the room was comfortable with a good bed and shower, plus the soap and lotion were great. It’s close to the event center and two restaurants are within walking distance, and there’s an outdoor pool. The only issue was the room being really cold, otherwise everything was perfect.

I had a pleasant stay at a very good, clean hotel with super polite staff, and there was nothing to complain about.
