The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was good. However, the sheets were dirty, previous guests’ drinks and food were left in the fridge and drawers, the bed was hard, and the air‑conditioner couldn’t be adjusted from the room.

The reception was pleasant, but there were no shower products and the elevator broke down in the evening.

The beds were comfy, the price was cheap, check‑in was easy, and we had a balcony. The AC didn’t work, mosquitoes bit us one night, it’s far from the tourist centre, there’s no smart TV, no kettle for milk, and no fridge – we stayed in hot weather and had nowhere to keep water bottles or food.
