I arrived at the accommodation and had told them beforehand that I would check in at 23:00, and they were fine with that. When I got there, they did not answer the phone. I had a lock but no one answered it. I made more than 10 calls to them but received no response, and they have not refunded my money.

The location is good, with great sea and lake views. The room was clean and comfortable. It is worth the money for a 1‑night stay.
