The location, beach, and pool were great, but the apartment and outdoor patio area weren’t cleaned properly.

The organization was excellent, the pool area and customer services were good, and the staff was very helpful, fixing an allocation issue that saved my vacation; however, the residence area doesn’t match the rest of the property. The initial allocation was inadequate but was later corrected by the very helpful staff into a much better‑suited apartment in terms of location, though it was poorly equipped.
