The location and the accommodation were fine, nothing else.

Fifteen minutes walk from Whistler Village. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, no cleaning or tidying after one night, and an extra parking fee of 35 euros for 2×24 hours.

I had no positive moments at all. I booked a one‑bedroom suite with a kitchen, but it turned out to be a tiny jail‑like room with a prison‑style window. The pillar and hot tub were out of order, and the elevator was broken. I never got the room I paid for, so I left before staying and am still waiting for a refund. I feel I was scammed and am still awaiting my money back.

The spot was perfect – right in the middle of everything and the staff were genuinely friendly. The room layout felt a bit off, though; we had to stash our glassware in a bulky dresser that just looked awkward. Parking was $25 a day, but the free lots were an 8‑minute walk and a decent alternative. The shower tiles were cracked and the sink was missing a porcelain piece, which was a bit of a let‑down.
