Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location was convenient, the indoor playground staff kept us and our 3‑year‑old entertained, and the restaurant team was very accommodating, but the first night we had a lot of flies crawling in from under the balcony door—staff quickly removed them and cleaned the room.

The staff were welcoming and the rooms were comfortable, but the breakfast selection left something to be desired.

Everything was perfect, and nothing has disappointed me so far.

The spot and the activities were great, and the place stayed clean, but the vegetarian options at the buffet were scarce and the coffee and tea at breakfast were subpar.

Only the food stood out; the resort felt ordinary, lacking the standards of other sterling resorts, with very limited activities and a club house that offered only a single indoor game that required waiting in line.
