The breakfast was fantastic, staff were professional, the central location was ideal, all tour buses stop here, and the reception offered water and pastries to eat; the only downside was that a few packs of biscuits were missing and there could have been more tea options in the room.

The room featured a balcony with an ocean view and partial panoramic city view, just a few steps from bus 12’s stop where many tours meet, and we used the early check‑in option; the room was spacious, but I missed the shower headset, the breakfast was modest, and coffee was extra.

The location was perfect for our planned tour, a parking spot was behind the building, the breakfast selection was good, staff were friendly, and restaurants nearby; however, the breakfast area was clearly too cramped, everything felt too tight, longer waits were inevitable, and overall the hotel was relatively expensive.

The hotel itself was great, conveniently located, clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was good; the parking situation was confusing because there really isn’t a guest parking lot, and when I asked staff where to park they weren’t very helpful.
