The place is wonderfully situated just three minutes on foot from the sea, with a nice pool right in front of the hotel. The owners are responsive and helped us wash our clothes. The kitchen has everything for cooking, and we were given water daily. The room was cleaned and towels were changed upon request. A bus stop is nearby, making it cheap to reach the airport, Grand World, and Long Beach, where the Vietnamese vibe and crowds are already present. The fridge in the room didn’t work, but we didn’t use it, so it wasn’t a big deal. There was only one chair for two guests, so we had to take turns drinking tea at the table. The area is very beautiful in a European style but almost non‑residential. There are few cafés, mostly fast food, and the small shops are tiny. The night market was also empty, perhaps because May is off‑season.

This is the best hotel in Marina. If you read all the reviews of hotels in this area, you’ll reach the same conclusion. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, right across from the pool (just two steps away). The sea is also very close; the hotel is in the third row, essentially the first line, but it’s shielded from beach noise. On the first floor there is no café, restaurant, or massage salon, which is a rare find in Marina. All the infrastructure—cafés, bistro, massage, market, mini‑market—is within walking distance but not directly under the hotel, which keeps the place quiet and calm. The hotel is new; we stayed in two rooms. The rooms were clean, the bathroom had no mold, and there were plenty of towels. Cleaning came twice during our 7‑day stay, the second time a day before departure, which is very impressive for this location and for Vietnam in general. The cleaning was excellent, and the bed linen was changed. They also provided free drinking water every day, and we were never denied extra bottles, unlike in neighboring hotels. The owner met us at the airport and gave us a free transfer. He is smart, kind, and pleasant. Thank you so much for everything he did for us. All hotels in this area are built similarly; the difference lies in the owners, their attitude towards guests, location, renovation, and cleaning. This hotel stands out strongly in those areas. The pool area consists of three pools (two large and one kiddie pool) with loungers. There is security and a lifeguard. Entry for all guests in this area is free. There aren’t many people. During the day you can always find a couple of loungers. The pool has a lift that goes to the –1 floor, where there are toilets, showers, and changing rooms—all well maintained. We recommend the hotel—it’s definitely strong, clean, and beautiful. Thank you again for everything. The surrounding infrastructure includes a gym in the neighboring hotel.

The hotel felt very pleasant and clean, with housekeeping only every three days, and everything you need was there; the ground‑floor kitchen had all the necessary equipment, which made cooking convenient, and they provided an airport transfer. The very kind owner, a young man named Kia with a charming smile, took care of every request. Two adult pools and a children’s pool sat right by the windows, the sea was 250 m away, and the neighborhood was tidy, relatively new, and well‑kept, located in the middle of the island with a night market, cafés, and little shops nearby. I left with only positive impressions and thank them for our vacation—wishing them success! 😘 There was nothing negative at all; only positive feelings.

The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is in a good spot near the beach and pool. A washing machine is available, which is very convenient when traveling with a large family. There is a kitchen and a fridge, but we didn’t use them. This was the last hotel on our trip, and the host’s son kindly escorted us to the airport, for which we are very grateful. Therefore we have something to compare, and some aspects slightly disappointed us. The synthetic colored bedding and pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on. Beach towels are not provided; the hotel recommends using the bath towels from the room. We stayed three nights, so the rooms were not cleaned (the hotel’s policy is for short stays). We requested a towel change once, and otherwise we had to wipe ourselves with a wet towel that was sandy after the beach. Because no one visited the room, trash was not taken out (they were put in bags; the bin was only in the bathroom and filled quickly), and toilet paper was not replenished, so we had to ask. There was a sense of abandonment. I give a high rating because these nuances did not ruin the wonderful vacation, and thanks to the hosts’ friendliness and goodwill.

The hotel is excellent, with very welcoming hosts, Kiên and his father. They met us at the airport and helped with any requests. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the pool and sea. The rooms are cozy and clean. Below is a spacious kitchen with plenty of dishes and a large fridge. The huge pool under the hotel is amazing. The beach is a few minutes away. There are shops, food, and a beautiful walking park nearby. Bus stop 19 is also close, making it very convenient to reach the center, King Kong, Venice, safari, and amusement park. We rented a car, toured the whole island, and this Marina area was the most liked. We loved everything and will return.
