The quayside location is lovely, the building is striking, airy and well decorated, the staff are welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious and generous—there was nothing to dislike.

The spot was okay early in the morning, but it got pretty hectic later on. The front desk was a real letdown—no warm welcome at all. Breakfast was way too pricey and items never got restocked fast enough. My room lacked a vanity table with a mirror, so I couldn't do my hair or makeup. We all felt the place was overpriced, especially after a relative had recommended it, which made us even more let down. If the reception had been nicer, maybe we wouldn’t have been so upset by everything else. It turned out to be the priciest hotel on our trip and the one we liked the least.

Great spot, room was clean and stylishly decorated, staff were helpful, and it’s close to restaurants, cafés, and the harbour.

Excellent harbour location that stays quiet at night, staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable with all the amenities needed for a short stay, and there was nothing to complain about.
