The hotel had an elevator, but the rooms lacked many amenities, looked old, and felt more like a place to crash overnight than a tourist resort. The owner was somewhat irritable, and the noise from the road was loud even at night.

The owner was friendly and pleasant, and the room was clean. The area on Hoàng Diệu Road has many restaurants, and a quick motorbike ride to Trần Phú lets you see the scenery in a few minutes. It was a bit noisy because of construction next door, and the west-facing rooms were a little hot; booking a balcony room would have kept the temperature cooler.

The accommodation was amazing and the location was great. It was a very short walk to the beach and close to excellent food spots and markets. I enjoyed a great view from my room. The owner is a very kind and sweet lady who goes out of her way to help with any requests and information. The value for the quality of the room and location is excellent. The Wi‑Fi was good, the beds comfortable, there was an elevator, and the views were lovely. Highly recommended.
