Everything went fine. All basic facilities were provided and clean. It’s very near Hasliberg and also close to Interlaken, so I loved the location. All good.

The centrally located room with a shower and toilet was suitable for a short stay, and the price was very good; we booked without breakfast and went straight to the café. Nobody could speak German.

Nichts. Der Zustand des Zimmers (Vier-Bettzimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad) entsprach dem Standard von Ju0gendherbergen in den 80er und 90er Jahren. Was in Ordnung ist bei einem angemessenen Preis. Hier aber wurden 160 Schweizer Franken pro Nacht verlangt. Was soll das? Das angegebene Gemeinschaftsbad betraf nicht etwa das Vierbettzimmer, sondern die ganze Etage. Am gleichen Tag zogen über 25 Asiaten im Hotel ein, Welche Koordination zur Badnutzung hat sich die Hotelleitung wohl für einen solchen Fall überlegt hat? Kurzum - was angeboten und was geboten wurde, stand in keinem Verhältnis. Eine Unverschämtheit!
