It’s a lovely spot with a bamboo hut perched in the sky where you can always feel a breeze and enjoy the view; it’s a small hut suitable for one person, and the bed feels very small for two. The area is quiet and peaceful, and you can walk to the town or nearby beaches. The restaurant serves decent food, but a longer stay would benefit from more variety. The only major issue was the very unstable internet that would kick you out during the day, though it’s a bit steadier in the restaurant; if you need to work it can be annoying. Ask before booking—the owner’s family is working on it, and it may have improved already.
The place was full of serenity, except when the locals decided to get loud with karaoke, the Philippines style. The family running the hotel was super friendly and gave good advice. The restaurant had gigantic portions! The rooms were built traditionally, all open‑air, with the sea accent, so no fan or AC was needed. The toilets got clogged, so they gave me a new room.
“Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a rela”
We booked just an hour before arriving, yet the place was already cleaned and ready. The price was very affordable, and we enjoyed a sea‑view window, a fresh breeze, and a calming “slow life” vibe. The hosts were extremely hospitable, offering morning coffee and even going to the market to cook our requested dishes when they weren’t on the menu. The videoke was a blast, and the fried chicken they served was honestly one of the best parts of our stay. The comfort room was spotless, smelled great, and had no insects or mosquitoes. It’s pet‑friendly, so we brought our two small dogs. The location is perfect—peaceful, away from the barrio’s hustle, yet within walking distance to everything, and a quick tricycle ride takes you to Tinintinan Beach.
