“Ottimo appoggio anche per soggiorni brevi”
The location was good, but sometimes the rooms were very small with interior windows, which is just how the old building is designed.

Albergo Al Moretto, Castelfranco Veneto, is the town's oldest guesthouse, centrally located near Giorgione Square. The hotel boasts a charming atmosphere, with meticulously maintained details and warm staff hospitality. Guests can explore nearby Villa Revedin Bolasco's garden and stables, and visit the Castle walls, Theatre, and Preti's Dome, home to Giorgione's masterpiece, La Pala.

I arrived by plane at 14:00 in Treviso and had things to do until 20:30, so I couldn’t check in early. A gentleman called me and told me it was Friday and that at 18:00 the hotel would close, so I could no longer check in, even though the booking said I could until 22:00. I had to rush. Scortese on the phone was rude, didn’t even help me find a taxi. I’ve been a customer for many years and this is the last time I stay here. Also, if you leave the hotel at night the main door locks and you have to call a number to open it, and they ask what you’re doing outside at night, as if you’re required to stay inside the hotel all night. The owner is an elderly lady who even prevents you from seeing other guests in the hotel. Avoid this place.

The central spot is convenient, with parking and excellent service from kind, attentive staff. Breakfast was good in a lovely room, the lounge area is beautiful and spacious, and they offered free Prosecco and nibbles on the arrival day—a nice touch. The rooms are a bit small but well equipped and comfortable. The restaurant/pizzeria La Torre, recommended by nearby staff, is very good. Thanks for the amazing hospitality; we were well looked after. The only downside is that the entrance to the parking area isn’t easy to find and could use better signage or prior explanation, although the parking itself is very good and convenient.

The location and the offered Prosecco tasting were great, but the rooms feel a bit dated.
