The on‑site restaurant serves homemade Austrian dishes, with a terrace for summer dining. Nearby, the Kitzbühel Alps, ski bus, 14 km floodlit toboggan run, hiking, climbing, and a golf club lie within minutes.

Loved the location and the facilities were comfy. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful, and the beds were a dream. We were in the middle of some renovations, so the heating was off and I had to bundle up, but the crew fixed it fast and the rest of the stay was great.

The wellness area is pretty nice, the dry sauna is well equipped, and the rooms feel cozy. The only downside is that there’s no food service after breakfast, but you can walk about ten minutes to a few restaurants.

Breakfast was perfect, and the hotel is about a five‑minute drive to the base of the cable car—there’s also a shuttle from the hotel. The pool could have been warmer, but the sauna was always heated to a good temperature.

The owner was very friendly and the staff kept a smile on their faces—everything ran smoothly. At the last minute we managed to bring our dog along, which was a relief. It’s a ten‑minute walk to the center, and the hotel sits in a quiet part of Mittersill. We’ll definitely come back.
