Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The building is very pretty, perfect for a single night. We stayed there for one night, requested check‑in at 18:00, but were already there at 15:00 and were given the room immediately. Everything was very clean, we were genuinely pleased. Inside there's also a small elevator.

The facility is awful. The bathroom doors are broken, the plumbing is rusted and needs complete renovation—total rubbish. Nothing was up to any standard; I expected at least a minimum. I am requesting a refund.

The location is good. The manager moved us to another property without prior notice, then cancelled the Booking reservation without informing us and still charged us the same amount on site. During the night, the night‑time doormen caused confusion until late.

The host was very friendly and went above and beyond for us. He truly made our stay better. The room was tidy, fully equipped, and ready. The location is amazing—the main train station is only 50 metres away. Great value for money. The hotel’s equipment is rather old, but given the location the price is fair.
