We enjoyed the breakfast and the location, but there weren’t enough towels for everyone in the room. The pull‑out didn’t come with linen. The pool was filthy, and a big cockroach was in the bedroom the morning we were getting ready to leave.

The location was fine. The beds were uncomfortable. The floors were dirty, and when we checked in the room wasn’t ready until 4 pm. The check‑in line was backed up, with only one person running the register. The breakfast area floor was very sticky.
