The location was excellent, the room was spacious, airy and comfortable, and it was next to restaurants, a snack bar and a pharmacy, close to the Foz bus terminal. The reception staff were very attentive. The breakfast was simple but tasty, though the layout could be improved to speed up service. I stayed for six nights and was surprised by how ready the whole team was to help us. The only downside was the noise, and I have three suggestions: 1) I understand the café space is small, but the counter layout could be reviewed. 2) Some guests lack common sense, so I suggest putting silence signs in the hallway because the wooden doors make a lot of noise when they slam; adding rubber gaskets would also help. 3) The AC drains drip onto the zinc roof below, which is annoying for light sleepers on the first floor.
