We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and honestly, some things shocked us. The shower: the bathroom only has a tropical shower, no standard shower to wash properly, which is extremely inconvenient. How can a hotel that promises comfort omit a normal shower? It was a very unpleasant surprise. The water in the room: this deserves separate attention. There is no drinking water in the room, not even in the fridge. Only a small empty jug, and if you want water you have to go to the corridor on the floor and fill it from the filtered tap. The filter is so slow that filling one glass takes about a minute. It’s just ridiculous! How can you expect guests to go to the floor just for drinking water? The room should always have bottled water. Other inconveniences: there are no bathrobes or wardrobes in the room. We couldn’t open the window because of heavy street noise. The roads are cobblestones, and traffic noise is clearly heard even on the 7th floor. Breakfast: before booking I read many reviews about the amazing breakfasts here. Unfortunately, reality was completely different. Breakfast was very ordinary, with a very limited selection of dishes. I have stayed in many hotels across Europe and tried truly magnificent breakfasts, but this one was definitely not among them. The only positives were the cleanliness of the room and the parking. Overall, we were disappointed. From a hotel that claims comfort, we expected much more attention to guests’ basic needs.
