“Nice location, terrible attitude”

The place is close to the road, but the town offers nothing beyond staying in the castle. Because of booking complications they misrepresented the castle stay and then sent us to a hostel‑like building in the city, citing our dog as the reason. I had selected the pet option and added a note in the booking; the room lacked air conditioning and opening a window was impossible due to a brick road with cars all night. We also had a toddler and asked for a cot, but instead received an extra adult bed and had to create makeshift borders.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at this hotel; everything fit perfectly—from cleanliness to service to facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. There was nothing I disliked; everything met my absolute satisfaction.

The kitchen is outstanding, and the charm of the property—a lovely mix of history and modernity—lets you unwind. I have no complaints; I love the estate.

“Sehr gerne wieder.”

The staff were extremely friendly, the room was clean, the dinner was tasty, and breakfast was very plentiful. The only downside was the lack of a place to park and charge a bike, though I managed to improvise and store my bike inside the building.
