The hotel is very beautiful, quiet, and upscale; the staff are cheerful and helpful, and I’ll never forget the manager Boris, who was extremely polite, courteous, and respectful, always present and greeting every guest with a smile and asking if anything was lacking in the services. I didn’t find anything that I disliked at all.

Hotel is kids friendly good wonderful ambience. Food could be improve and 1 of the staff (not all) was a bit rude. During our first day of dinner, he was showing level of inpatient, fustration and was always on his phone when we are ordering food
