Hotel O Sagar Stay Inn

“Very bad service”

I had a truly exceptional experience at this hotel, with impeccable service and a comfortable stay. The hotel's cleanliness and amenities exceeded my expectations, making my stay truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

“Worst stay in my life”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as the room I booked didn't match the description. I had specifically requested a double bed, but was given a single bed in a rooftop room with no air conditioning, and it was extremely noisy. To make matters worse, the room was not clean, and basic amenities like towels and soap were missing. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, and when I complained, they simply shrugged it off, claiming that my booking was a mistake.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete waste of money. Despite its promising location, the hotel failed to deliver on its promises, and I was left feeling disappointed and frustrated. The hotel's lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and unhelpful staff made for a truly unpleasant experience.

“Fraudulent activity to get customers”

I would advise potential guests to steer clear of this hotel, as it appears to be a haven for scammers. The hotel's unprofessional staff and lack of integrity make it clear that they are more interested in taking your money than providing a decent service.

“Will not come again”

While the hotel's location was a major plus, my stay was marred by several issues. The toilet in my room had a persistent smell that lingered even after it was cleaned, and I was disappointed to find that there was no outside view from my room. The room itself was claustrophobic, and I was shocked to find cockroaches and other insects crawling around. Needless to say, I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.
