Every time I go to Koszalin, this is the spot to stay: the room is very comfortable, breakfast is good, and there’s a great family restaurant right next door.

The walls feel a bit like cardboard, and you can even hear the neighbors’ quiet conversations.

The property is cool, in a good spot, breakfast is tasty, the owner is fantastic, and you can have a pleasant chat over breakfast with the Inkas; it’s clean, tidy, and quiet. The glass partition between the bathroom and bedroom is a weird design choice that feels very awkward to me, and the blinds there don’t really work, so everything is visible – a real issue when you’re two people, especially with my daughter. It doesn’t change my rating – the place is worth recommending – but I just can’t understand that window.

The rooms were pleasant, spacious and fairly well equipped. Everything was a plus except for the breakfasts. I totally do not understand the hype about the breakfasts. They are very modest. I arrived at 8:30 and the staff unfortunately did not restock the food, so some plates looked very poor. In my opinion it was a small selection, but that’s what some people like.

Breakfast – in 7 rooms only 3 tables were available (!), set right next to each other (no privacy). Two times we tried to have breakfast, once all tables were occupied, when one freed up we decided to try again, but at the same moment another couple from a different room came, we gave them the place and went to eat breakfast at McDonald’s because we had no time to “chat” for a free table… I’m curious what would happen if everyone from each room wanted to have breakfast at a similar time… In short – the room was really nice, spacious, clean, comfortable, the location was also okay, but the breakfast organization was a disaster! I won’t comment on the quality because we unfortunately couldn’t eat, even though the service was paid for.
