I want to point out that this was a commercial stay, not a public health service. We were at the centre during the New Year’s transition. The whole centre had just been renovated; everything is new. The staff were very friendly. The location is in a spa area. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of high‑quality products. The only issue was the breakfast hours, which didn’t suit us; as a commercial guest, we came to relax, and the breakfast times of 07:00‑09:00 were hard to accept, especially on New Year’s Eve after the New Year’s Eve night. I think the centre should adjust this for commercial stays.

The location is a plus, breakfasts are good, clean, and you can see the hotel has been renovated in Świerzno. I paid for a room with a mountain view and a balcony, but I received one with a small window overlooking a cliff.

Było czysto, personel miły. Malutki pokoik, czajnik jest ale żadnej herbaty. W łazience brak jakiegokolwiek mydła. Lokalizacja daleko od centrum, bez samochodu, miasto trudno dostępne
