Location, food, staff are good. Cleanliness of the room and washrooms and a few other things like mattress quality could be better. Staff is good but doesn’t behave professionally.

They told me the room was unavailable just because I booked the discounted rate on your website; I arrived at the hotel 10 minutes after booking and they mocked me and my family at 12 am.
