The early check‑in request for 14:00 was accepted, yet the experience fell far below expectations, especially considering the advertised conditions. The room was right next to the service bathrooms and the kitchen where breakfasts were prepared. The blackout curtain was broken: it was closed and could not be opened, which affected room use. The shower was clogged: water didn’t drain properly. Comfort: the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Excessive noise early in the morning: from 7:30 a.m. the kitchen was constantly noisy with dishes, pans, and other utensils clattering. In the ground‑floor room it was impossible to keep sleeping from that time. I asked the owner about the noise and the reply was: “Of course there’s noise, we have to prepare breakfast.” I understand breakfast preparation is necessary, but that does not justify the kitchen noise being so intense inside a room advertised as sound‑proof. In my view, two solutions exist: either stop offering this room for accommodation given its condition, or fix the acoustic isolation problem and remove the “sound‑proof” label until it can be guaranteed. Overall, the experience was negative due to maintenance and comfort failures and the lack of conditions to rest properly. The morning noise, coupled with the owner’s response, was especially disappointing.

The host’s welcome, the overall cleanliness, and the surrounding area were all great. Everything was perfect.

I highly recommend this place. The staff were super friendly, it was quiet and very silent at night, and it’s fantastic for a family stay, especially if you have kids.

The garden and pool were lovely, and the apartment was very pretty, spotless, and comfortable. The best part was the staff – they really make the place feel special. Thanks! It’s a bit out of the city center, so you’ll need a scooter to go out for dinner.
