The location on the piazza is amazing, and the staff greeted us warmly and handled our group of 15 people smoothly. No complaints.

The historic building, its central spot in Gubbio, the terrace garden, the room view, breakfast on the Grand Place terrace, and the bell tower chiming every quarter hour were all highlights. The bathroom in room 404 felt a bit worn, and the shuttle to the off‑site parking had unpredictable schedules.
