“Uno de los peores alojamientos en los que he estado”

I booked a place that was advertised on a street, but they brought me to an apartment on a different street; the photos showed a kitchen and a living area that had nothing to do with what we received. There was no kitchen, no Wi‑Fi (which was listed), and the room had no windows. The place smelled strongly of damp and couldn't be ventilated; the only window was in the bathroom and it was broken. I have pictures of everything, even the door latches were different from the listing. I contacted the app’s customer service and the only remedy offered was a €10 credit to the app, which I find embarrassing.

The area is great for getting around, the accommodation is comfortable, and the price is more than fair. The staff handling check‑in and check‑out were extremely kind and very helpful.

“Habitación muy pequeña y sin ventanas. Cama muy cómoda.”

The bed was absolutely comfortable, but the room was very small and had no windows. The only view of the outside was through a tiny bathroom window that looked out onto a small, dimly lit space.
