The room was modern, nice, and felt almost brand new, with good views and the sea nearby. They upgraded our room upon arrival. The only issue was the limited space for the different hammocks. The food quality could be slightly improved.
The staff were attentive and the food offered good value for its quality; the animation team scored a perfect 10. The weather was just regular.

The staff were extremely friendly and the food was excellent, but the bed pillows felt a bit uncomfortable.

We really liked the overall treatment by the staff, especially Hector at reception, and the close, family‑like dedication of the animation team, particularly Manuel, to whom we sent greetings from Jose and Candy from the rooms. One drawback: we had to change our spot a couple of times because people were smoking in the picnics; we had to move due to this, even though there were signs, but people didn't read them, so it would help to remind them (and we were on vacation, not on duty). Otherwise everything was fine.
