The hotel sits in a great spot, but the lift only goes up to the fourth floor; the large room we paid extra for was on the fifth floor, reachable only by a cramped, poorly lit stairway. No warning about this was given when we booked, and we only discovered it at check‑in, which is tough for families with kids or big suitcases. The corridors still have old doors and leftover renovation debris, and each room only had two cheap plastic water cups while a tiny bottle of water cost 70₺ at the front desk.

The rooms had no good facilities. They were not clean. Very small. The location and room services were also lacking.

Unfortunately, my stay here was pretty disappointing - there were no positives to speak of. The hotel's still in a bit of a state, with ongoing works and no restaurant, which made it hard to get a decent meal.

The bedding was a major letdown - it was dirty and had old hair on it. I hope the staff cleans it after every guest or replaces it with new sheets. On the other hand, the room was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel's location is fantastic, but the cleanliness could be improved. I was a bit disappointed with the state of the room, but the location made up for it.
