Le Royal Picardie

“It was overall superb and this was echoed by the other 11 people in my group.”

The location for a Somme tour was excellent, and I’ve stayed many times before and will come back; the value for money is great, the staff very helpful, and when one of my group members fell ill, they arranged a Sunday visit to a closed pharmacy that opened just for us—superb service. Dinner on Sunday evening could have been better, but otherwise there were no complaints, and the lovely staff arranged another venue and booked it for us.

“Gutes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zu empfehlen für Geschäftsreisen oder für Kurzreise”

The hotel looks extraordinary with a “castle” vibe, is very clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good; the breakfast room is large and the buffet well stocked, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Unfortunately, the mattresses were a bit too hard for me and I had a few issues with the air conditioning.

Stephanie was absolutely amazing in handling a special request.

The hotel’s location is good, plenty of free parking, nice rooms, and a comfortable bar area. The restaurant felt like a large canteen with no atmosphere, so we chose to eat our evening meal and breakfast elsewhere.
