Tropical Village Resort

The people were friendly, yet they couldn't resolve the Wi‑Fi issue; the mattress was the hardest I've ever slept on, the shampoo and shower gel weren't labeled so it was unclear, and worst of all, there was no Wi‑Fi in the room.

The pool and the receptionist were good, and the breakfast on the second day was decent, but the girl who worked there told us she would prepare a picnic because we were leaving early for an excursion and she didn't; there was little staff, construction work, interior facilities could be better, the pillows were very hard, the ceiling was broken, the bed sounded everywhere, and the bathroom had a bad odor.

The owners were friendly and could help anywhere, and they arranged a good driver at a very fair price; the location was close to the shopping street with great prices if you play the "afding" game, there was a boxing match on Friday, and Nanatams was a super tasty restaurant with a line every evening; however, the water in the room wasn't replenished, the beach wasn't the best and you have to cross a busy road, but the resort itself was very calm, relaxed, and cozy; a short Grab ride took us to two nice beaches.

The location was excellent and the garden had a fantastic Thai style. Nothing else to mention, I was very comfortable.

The reception, the owners’ friendliness and availability, and the staff were all very welcoming. We received excellent advice on activities and sights. The resort is well situated; we stayed in two bungalows because we returned three days later and both were very comfortable with good bedding. A big thank you to Nathalie and Pascal for the great moments they shared with us. We highly recommend this resort.
