The reception is good, but the cleanliness is lacking.

Very rude staff except for some reception staff. The 4th floor is only slightly clean, but the 1st floor rooms and bathrooms are pathetic, as my colleague staying in room 102 mentioned.

I was greeted by a very nice and professional Egyptian reception staff who let me check in early, and that was all – nothing else to complain about.

The hotel was spotless and modern, with spacious rooms, a great gym, and a nice pool area. It’s right next to a large shopping mall, and there were no issues.
