Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, and the room itself was nice. The only issue was a poor patch job on the bathroom ceiling.
“Don’t choose this hotel”
The front desk person was neither polite nor helpful and turned me away even though I had a confirmed reservation.
The hotel and room were really nice and smelled good; they’re designed for extended stays with a full kitchen in each room, which was refreshing. The hotel was also very clean. The downside was the small staff size— the GM was cleaning rooms herself while the top executives were visiting, and she seemed to be working alone. The hotel was fully booked during my stay, so I imagined how hard it must have been to manage everything without help.
“Horrible definitely not a place for families.”
When I walked in a roach was crawling down the wall. Staff were uninterested or unbothered by me walking in. Property was very outdated. Staff had me go check the room to make sure the ac was working and to make sure the sofa sleeper wasn’t broken because he only had 2 rooms of that kind and the other was for sure broken he said. Then he took my payment for incidentals. Time ticked away I asked what is going on because I already paid and he said booking hadn’t paid him and i needed to contact booking. He wouldn’t be giving me the keys. I had receipt of payment. I just drove 12.5hrs the last thing I wanted to do was someone else’s job. While I stood there and cried the other staff member was on the lobby sofa yelling in his language. All in all a 0 score
“The room had a faint urine oder. It was only for 1 night so we didn’t complain. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.”
The location is good, but the room had an unpleasant odor.
