I liked the spot near the beach; the host was very rude, she entered while guests were sleeping, made a lot of noise, and had poor etiquette; she didn’t dry our laundry, put it in a drafty room, and it smelled; she turned off the air conditioner from 18:00 to 21:00, supposedly to let it rest, the heating was unbearable, and the whole stay was a disaster.

I liked the strategic location, the staff were nice but don’t expect smiles from day one; it’s not expensive and offers good value for money even though I saw other hostels at the same price with more comfort; guests are mostly Russians, people are friendly; there are large lockers that fit a 60‑liter backpack but you need your own lock; showers and toilets are not clean despite being cleaned each morning, clearly at least two cleaning rounds a day are missing; given the number of people, toilets should be cleaned three times a day; staff work more than 14 hours a day, communication is poor; on weekends it’s convenient because everything stays on all night and day, but there are no rest areas like sofas; there are tables and chairs but no sofa, the staff always clean but the result isn’t visible because some guests don’t respect cleanliness; there are no real kitchens for cooking, only a single knife, no eating utensils or spoons, no microwave; during the visit nothing was explained clearly, we discover things gradually over days; I’ve seen people use a kind of portable stove with a spray gas canister, never seen that before, and I still don’t know how it works.
