The place was only about location, but the stay was very disappointing: the AC didn’t work, the room was unbearably hot and my son couldn’t sleep; the receptionist tried to help, yet the owner refused to resolve the issue despite my complaint; our soap and towels weren’t replenished the next day; since the accommodation advertised AC, a partial refund or compensation is justified, and I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and resolved fairly.
