The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was convenient. However, the value for money was off – the rates were too high for what was offered. The entrance was dirty and greasy, and I’d have preferred to wear rubber boots. It’s not really a ski hotel; there was no ski storage, so skis, helmets, and boots had to be left in the bar, and the boots got wet the next day because there was no heating.
