The room matched the pictures exactly, and Ali and Farah were so friendly and helpful that I felt right at home; the place is within walking distance of the pyramids and close to the GEM, and the breakfast is huge and superb.

The spot’s great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but when I stayed there an event in Aqaba rattled the road next to the hotel, making it noisy.

The owner was friendly, yet the room itself felt dirty and sandy inside.

The personal touch and view were all super.

Right on the seashore, the location is perfect—cafes and restaurants just a walk away, and all the facilities are within 1 km, so if you’re without a car you can jump straight into the water or sit by the sea before heading back to your room for a shower; the staff are helpful and responsive, making it good value for a hostel. The downside is the all‑night music from the seashore cafés is very loud, keeping you awake until 2 or 3 am.
