The stay was terrible, far beyond that. From the moment you arrive, the phone service is a joke—having someone to help guests for a few hours a day is a big ask. Customer wellbeing is the least priority; they just want you to pay and leave as soon as possible. I absolutely disliked everything. I do not recommend it because if you have a problem with the accommodation, they give you long, long excuses, whether you call or text. The towels were dirty, the broom was dirty… disastrous and not clean. We stayed several days and they didn’t do daily room cleaning or change the towels. (They even put only one face towel in a double room, which is too much to ask for sharing). They should care a bit more about guests, but they don’t.

The photos match the rooms, but everything else was terrible. The price was outrageous for a single room with a bathroom and one towel per person, located in a remote spot with no shops or bars, and I struggled to get in because there was no staff, no information, and poor reception coverage. Throughout my stay there was no staff at all, making it feel like an Airbnb where the lounge had plates, glasses, juice boxes, and a few apples. Access required a code sent in a prior email during a pre‑check‑in process that would cause problems if done on the spot due to the lack of coverage, and that’s the only way to open the room door. They also give instructions on how to leave the place, telling you not to leave the blinds half‑up or to prepare breakfast with the items they provide, and that breakfast is not included.

The rural accommodation was very well located, quiet and clean—exactly what we needed.

The breakfast details and the village’s tranquility were great, but the information sent in the confirmation SMS was a bit sparse. I don’t like this type of lodging where guests do everything themselves—check‑in, check‑out, reception.
